Chris’s journeyman path has helped shape his belief that an interdisciplinary approach to design enables people to have compelling and useful experiences with products and services around them.
Chris initially started in information architecture and product strategy in 1997, and over the past 16 years has applied a combination of IA, visual and interaction design to successful products and services. Chris has enjoyed working with and for all kinds of companies, from large enterprises, consumer-facing retail brands, media companies and innovative start-ups. Before joining Adaptive Path, Chris was a Senior User Experience Architect at Macquarium in Atlanta.
Chris holds an MFA in design from the Savannah College of Art & Design, and spends any extra time as a speaker and educator, teaching Adaptive Path’s UX Intensive workshops and as a professor at the Austin Center for Design.
