Getting There.

Public transit takes you right to MBCC.

Hop on MUNI (rides are $2) – take the T-Third Metro line toward Mission Bay. Get off at the UCSF Mission Bay stop on 3rd Street opposite the campus, cross 3rd Street and walk up the foot path toward MBCC (looks like this) and follow the signs to UX Week.

Got an iPhone?

Download the very cool Transporter app created by Adaptive Path’s own Ljuba Miljkovic. It’ll make getting around the Bay Area on public transit much easier. We don’t know how we got around without it.

Hop on a Shuttle?

There are multiple UCSF shuttles that provide access to the Mission Bay Conference Center (Green, Red, Gold, Blue, Gray, Lilac). The most frequently used are the Green Shuttle from Caltrain at 4th & King and the Red Shuttle from 16th Street BART. View the shuttle map and schedules, click here

Mission Bay also offers service to the Powell Street BART Station via the Mission Bay Shuttle (not to be confused with the UCSF shuttles). It picks up at the back of MBCC in the roundabout. It’s a small shuttle that goes every 15 minutes.  View the shuttle map and schedules, click here

Taking a taxi?

Tell your driver you’re going to Mission Bay Conference Center near 16th and 3rd Streets in Mission Bay.

Need a Bike?

Bike and Roll is offering a special deal on bike rentals to UX Week attendees. Download the coupon here.

Driving?

We hope you don’t have to, because parking isn’t cheap ($24/day). But there is ample parking in two garages on Owens Street.
